At SahraStyle, we ensure every order reaches you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process for customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA):

🚚 Delivery Timeframe (Within KSA)

  • Processing Time: Orders are packed & dispatched within 1–2 business days

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days across most cities in KSA

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 7 business days

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all orders above SAR 150

  • SAR 15 flat fee for orders below SAR 150

📍 Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide — including major cities like:

  • Riyadh

  • Jeddah

  • Dammam

  • Makkah

  • Madinah

  • Abha

  • Tabuk

  • & all other regions covered by our courier partners

🧾 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD Available – additional fee of SAR 10

  • Ensure accurate contact & address details for smooth delivery

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with your tracking number. You can track the shipment via our courier partner’s website.

❗ Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unreachable contact number, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-delivery can be arranged

  • Additional shipping or COD charges may apply
